My background started in legal and compliance, but over time evolved into enterprise systems architecture, workflow automation, software implementation, and AI-native product design. Throughout my career, I have led global transformation initiatives involving governance tooling, risk and control frameworks, Power Apps-based workflow solutions, enterprise software rollouts, and operational compliance infrastructure.
Today, I focus on redesigning compliance operations through conversational AI, policy intelligence, workflow orchestration, and human-centered product design. My work combines deep compliance expertise with systems thinking, AI-native product architecture, UX strategy, behavioral engagement, and scalable enterprise workflows.
